August Meeting Info

Our July meeting was great!  Seven of us snacked, talked books and world culture, and then had a swim in Patricia's wonderful pool. 

In August our book will be The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd.  Joy Robinson has offered to have the meeting at her place (and that's super awesome because she also has a pool!)

March and April meeting info

We had a great meeting in February.  There was lots to talk about with the book Defending Jacob and of course lots of great food brought by the members to share. For March we have Dear Life by Alice Munro.  The meeting will be at Isabelle's house.  Directions will be forthcoming in an email before the meeting.  We're going to read all the short stories in the book and then we'll discuss the ones we liked best during the meeting. http://www.amazon.fr/dp/B009HSPODE/?tag=wwwellecase0b-21 For April we decided on a book presented by Marielle that she picked up in the S. Our Next Book for our meeting June 23rd
