Hi there fellow bookworms, Thanks for another great meeting yesterday, as usual! Below you'll find some information concerning the venues for our May and June meetings and our book selection for September (it's a long one!), which we determined yesterday.

May meeting

There is on book club meeting in December; we will meet up with the Café et Conversation folks and do a joint Christmas party, December 21st at Isabelle and Marc's place in Beaulieu.  More info to follow on that. March and April meeting info

We had a great meeting in February.  There was lots to talk about with the book Defending Jacob and of course lots of great food brought by the members to share. For March we have Dear Life by Alice Munro.  The meeting will be at Isabelle's house.  Directions will be forthcoming in an email before the meeting.  We're going to read all the short stories in the book and then we'll discuss the ones we liked best during the meeting. http://www.amazon.fr/dp/B009HSPODE/?tag=wwwellecase0b-21 For April we decided on a book presented by Marielle that she picked up in the S. Korea airport.  It's Before I Go to Sleep by S.J. Our Next Book for our meeting June 23rd

I held a vote to pick our next book and got only three responses (boo).  The Great Gastby or Gatsby le magnifique came up as the winner.  Yay!
